Product Description
The Griot's Garage Ceramic Liquid Wax allows you to protect your paint with an SiO2 based formula with an easy wax-like application! Coatings provide a great deal of protection, however they can be more labor-intensive to apply when compared to a modern liquid wax or sealant. With this product Griot's Garage formulated it with a lower concentration of SiO2, so it applies like a wax. This leaves you with the longevity, beading, slickness, and insane shine of a ceramic, with the ease of application of a wax. In general, this product will last around 6 months on most vehicles and the durable protective layer helps protect against water spots, dirt, grime, UV rays, and more. It can be applied to your paint, glass, painted wheels, chrome, and headlights. Product Description
Ceramic Liquid Wax lays down unrivaled gloss, color, and depth while creating extremely repellent, durable, self-cleaning protection with user-friendly application. Leading edge SiO2, resin, and silane polymer technology combine forces to create a barrier that protects your paint from the elements in our most durable liquid wax yet. The pure, non-abrasive formula will not dry white on moldings or trim.
Directions
Shake well. Surface must be clean, cool, dry, and decontaminated before application. Do not apply in direct sunlight.
Hand Application: Apply product to Red Foam Wax Pad face, Hand Wax Applicator, or Microfiber Applicator. Focusing on one panel at a time, apply in straight line motions using light pressure with overlapping passes. Re-apply product to your pad as necessary when moving from section to section. Do not over apply.
Orbital Application: Apply product to Red Foam Wax Pad face evenly. With orbital speed set to 2-3, place pad on paint surface and work a small section at a time using light pressure with overlapping passes. Reapply 4-6 drops of product to your pad as necessary when moving from section to section. Do not over apply.
Wipe Off: To prepare for wipe-off, fully saturate a plush microfiber towel with water, then ring excess water leaving the towel damp but not dripping. Grab a second dry plush microfiber towel for the final wipe. Following a 10 minute dwell time, wipe off residue using the wet towel first, wipe over the entire section with the wet towel, then quickly buff the surface to a perfect finish with the dry towel. For maximum durability, allow it to cure for 24 hours before exposure to rain, layering or using other products on the surface.
Note: For use on glossy paint only. Not for use on matte finishes.
Tip of the Trade: To maintain intense water beading and increase durability, maintain the surface with Ceramic Speed Shine in between washes and Ceramic Wash & Coat during your normal wash routine.
