Tuf Shine Tire Cleaner works extremely well. Compared to CarPro Retyre, which is great, but quite a bit more expensive than the Tuf Shine. When it comes to tire cleaning I need something economical as well as effective. I highly recommend this product.

Most dedicated tire cleaners work very well, and probably have similar chemistries. This product is as good as any, and well priced for the 24 ounce bottle. If you buy in bulk, the concentrated bulk size is an amazing value since it can be diluted 1:1. For some things, it makes sense to pay more for certain brands, but cleaning tires is not one of them.

Amazing stuff! I used this along with their tire brush - the amount of dirt that was removed was incredible! After cleaning them with this per the video instructions, I added Carpro Pearl as a coating. The cleanness has lasted for weeks now. I plan on cleaning the tires every 2 months.

It really cleans the tires. I used it on one year old tires that had never been cleaned. I followed directions to apply, scrub with a tire brush after allowing to penetrate for 1 minute, and spray off then repeat until there is no more brown. I repeated about 7 times to get clean. After finishing, I applied tire dressing and they look great; much, much better than when I before when I simply applied tire dressing without cleaning. This product works and it is worth the minimal effort.

I have been using this product for years now. It's just fantastic on how it cleans. Much better and easier to dissolve the grime on the tires then other products I have used. Friends are always amazed at the clean tires I have on my vehicles.

Have been using Tuf Shine since it was first offered here at Detailed Image I believe over 15 years ago.
It absolutely ROCKS !!!! Have not even found another product that can clean tires like this. The Tuf Shine Tire Brush -- the Best !!! I buy these all the time. It takes a lot of sets of tires to wear them out, but they will always clean your tires the Best. Then the Tuf Shine Coating - wow - nothing lasts as long as this, and keeps the best look. I have driven several thousand miles using the Tire Coating and the tires look like they are brand new. They dont even attract dirt like almost all the other greasy, oily, silicone, etc., products do.

Works just as advertised. This will be my go-to tire cleaner from now on.

Still needs elbow grease, but worked great on rubber with 60,000 miles.

First tire cleaner that truly gets the tires clean.

Have tried another cleaner from another web site that claim to be a strong cleaner but brush always stayed clean to include foam residue no matter what strength used. Tuf Shine Tire Cleaner once sprayed onto tire immediately pulled out brown stuff from tire, where other cleaner foam stayed clean looking no matter how much I scrubbed tire. TSTC earned my trust and continued use to keep my daily driver tires clean. Next order will be TSTC concentrated.

I used product to clean new tires, of course there wasn't any dirt or brown stuff, used it before applying clear coat and clear coat looks as good as when it was applied.

Great tire cleaner. Spray, scrub and rinse. Repeat this process till it turns white. No more brown stuff on tires and tire shine is so much better. Always have a few bottles on hand.

Good, product if used as intended.

I've been typically using Meguiar's D143 Non-Acid Wheel & Tire Cleaner or Meguiar's D108 Super Degreaser to clean tires. For the most part this works well for a typical tire gel. But Tuf Shine cleans even more than both of those products. It is a superior tire cleaner over those two products. It's so good I picked up a gallon of it. Perfect tire cleaner to get the tires very clean especially when following up with a tire coating.

Best tire cleaner. A little goes a long way. The sprayer is perfect as it just sprays the amount you need. Buy the tuf shine brush also. You won't regret it!

I had gone away for 2.5 months and was parking in a red gravel/rock parking lot the whole time. My car cleaned up well when I got back, except the tires. They were stained and discolored and no matter what I tried I could not get them clean. Simple Green, APC, nothing worked. Finally ordered this and the accompanying brush and in a matter of a few minutes per tire they were back to a nice matt black look, ready to have shine applied.

Great stuff, worth the time and effort you put in. To get great results you get what you put into it, knowing you will not do it again for who knows how long. If you care for your car, this product does the trick.

Love this stuff! Been using it for years and love how it cleans the tires of road grime and brake dust. Preps the rubber for a good coating of tires dressing. Will continue to buy it and use it. on all vehicles.

Every time I spray this on the tires they instantly turn brown. I like to spray the tires down and let it sit for 1-2 minutes. I have tried multiple products to clean tires and some of them are tire and wheel cleaners combined. When I sprayed the Tuf Shine Tire cleaner on after I had scrubbed the tires with these combo products, the tires still turned brown. I now only use this product to prepare tires for tire coating like Black Pearl and because I can get my tires cleaner with this product, I feel my tire shine lasts longer than before. It is expensive to other products but in the end you have to use more of the cheaper products to make sure the tires are clean compared to this product. Buy it in the gallon size!

Bought the big 128oz concentrated version. Definitely worth it as the smaller 22oz version will get used up very quickly. Make sure to wear gloves as it can be a skin irritant if spilled. If your tires are really dirty you will start to see brown immediately on contact. Overall excellent product.

This is no doubt a good tire cleaner but I would not buy it again because a cheaper All Purpose Cleaner that I use managed to pull more dirt out of my tire than this product could. I tested by applying Tuf Shine multiple times until the tire rinsed clean after scrubbing. I then sprayed with an All Purpose Cleaner and more dirt came out.

Best tire cleaner I've used to date, Spray it on, scrub, rinse, repeat if the tires are heavily neglected. Simply a fantastic tire cleaner, well worth the purchase!

I bought this and after going off roading with my Jeep cherokee I thought I would use this cleaner to see how good it worked. again I had just went through some mud about 2 hrs prior and this stuff after 30 seconds was able to make my tires cleaner then I ever had them looking. Amazing product and will be buying the gallon next time.

Hosed off wheel well/tire/rim, sprayed product on tire (I used other products for ww and rim), let it sit for ~30 seconds while I grabbed my tire and wheel brushes. Love to see the brown gunk slide off even before agitation. Despite this, as for any tire/wheel detail, I still like to use my brushes to ensure a 100% thorough cleaning. Conclusions: Very easy to use. No offensive odor. Nice, light soapy foam generated - just enough so that you feel like it's working. Highly effective cleaner. Got a nice discount on it too (but then again, DI always has good deals for us). Are there other effective tire cleaners out there for less $$? Sure, but this product leaves you quite satisfied in the end. I would buy it again, although it may be a while (got the gallon!). FYI, I used it undiluted.

This is a great product for cleaning the surface of your tires. It's a must have to get a great result from the Tuf Shine clear coat. Got a great price with free shipping on the gallon container. Come to think of it, I may not live long enough to use all of it!!

Great product that really gets the grime out of the tires before I put on the Tufshine protectant. I liked the brush that came with the Tufshine kit along with this product. I followed John Jr G.'s approach above.

This is a very good tire cleaner, but is a bit on the pricey side if you wash your car a lot. I recommend using this 1-2 times a months and an all purpose cleaner in between. This has seemed to work well for me and has helped to keep my tires looking brand new.

I used this product to clean my tires before applying Tuf Shine clear coat. This product did a great job getting everything off the tires (old tire gel and dirt I didn't think was there). My tires look great after cleaning and applying Tuf Shine clear coat. I did have to scrub the tires after applying the cleaner using a tire brush.

I used this for cleaning the tires only (in preparation for dressing not tire clear). This stuff does a great job at getting the tires totally clean! The directions state to spray on and let sit for ~ 30 seconds prior to agitation but I find it better to spray, agitate immediately...let sit for a minute and rinse. I then follow up with another spray...agitate and rinse. Very...very good cleaner (better than the eiman fabrik I was using). Towel dry the tires with zero "old" left.
