P&S Bead Maker Paint Protectant Reviews
Professional Detailer Reviews
Bead Maker is an extremely easy to use, multi-month polymer sealant, with striking slickness and gloss. There are many other products out there I like very much that have some of these characteristics and some that last longer but at the end of the day, I find myself reaching for Bead Maker more often than not. Best last step product is a hefty title to defend, but I will plant my flag on the fact that Bead Maker is the best last step product for most people.

After reading reviews of this product, I'm a believer, this is an outstanding spray-on product! This has become my "go to" detailer!!
I use it as a drying aid.....incredible product. I'm on my 4th gallon and will keep buying it.
I bought BeadMaker to make Jaime the Cleaner's "Cleanmaker" mix (10 parts Bedmaker to 1 part Dream Maker) which is an excellent last step wipedown for any coated, sealed, or waxed surface.

I've used a few different sealants over the past few years and still think Beadmaker ranks near the top in slickness and gloss.
P & S Bead maker is my go to drying aid. I have been using this product since it was first introduced. It delivers great shine and slickness.
What can I say? This bead maker is unbelievable. This is my go to product the shine and the smooth finish. It leaves on my paint is unbelievable. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.
I'm not a full-time detailer but detail the vehicles in our small fleet of trucks in our construction business. Our vehicles see dust, dirt, and other contaminates on a regular basis. Using Bead Maker in my experience has kept these trucks looking great in some of the most dusty conditions. Also I've noticed that with regular applications that many contaminates do not stick , concrete being one that when dries is a pain to remove. Great product and will certainly continue to use!

I am new to these types of products. I did the old school 5 hours of waxing by hand NOT ANY MORE. My last two cars I had them worked on by a professional paint correction guy I could not believe it. They look like I just had them painted. Cleaning and washing is fun now I bought this product to try, this place suggest it. My god wipe on wipe off after a wash, on a dried car looks like glass. My 2007 S500 looks like it just rolled off the line but better.
In the most recent years this product has become polarizing with many jumping on the bandwagon that it attracts dust. I personally have not had any issues with it attracting dust. As a matter of fact I enjoy the ease of use, the slickness and the look it leaves behind. It works on various coatings whether it is ceramic or graphene. One thing to note is if working outside and it is a breezy overspray can leave little dots. That can be easily remedied by coming over with a little more bead maker on the towel.
Great product to use on either a coated car or not.

Love the intense gloss and the low durability fits frequent maintenance wash schedules.
Big downside is the amount of dust this attracts. You could Beadmaker a door panel, and by the time you're done with the next panel, the first one is covered in dust. I read the advice given by youtubers to throw on a coat of their Showroom Paint Gloss, but that's an unnecessary waste of time and effort. I'll go back to CG V7 for a low durability glossy sealant. The shine is less rewarding, but not dealing with a dust magnet is easier to live with.

What I like about P&S Beadmaker is the gloss and shine that it leaves. The slickness is great. It is not the best product for LONG lasting protection. I find that it will last 1-2 months at best.
Best spray sealant I've used so far! Better longevity than Meguiar's Synthetic Wax and works well with coatings too!
It makes water bead up, but no better than any other wax or sealant. Fun to try new products, but I wasn't impressed enough to buy again.
Good product, does what it claims. I'm just not sure I will buy again due to the fact that I have other better drying aids (ONR) and I have better sealants (Powerlock+). Good stuff if someone wants a spray sealant solution.
What can I say other than it lives up to its name. Great spray sealant with dripping gloss. I use it from cars/trucks to enclosed trailers to arc/utvs to boats and even zero turns. It's an amazing product that give such great gloss and is easier and easier to use the more often you apply it after washes. Definitely a go to for me especially to wipe off my go to one step of Rupes Uno Protect.
I use this on my boat with great results!
It keeps river scum line at bay and makes for very easy cleaning after a day in the water.
This product is easy to apply and wipe clear.

I don't understand the good reviews. I've watched YouTube videos on this and people just think it's awesome. But not me! I've tried using this many times and to apply it in different ways. It streaks and leaves behind a film. It attracts dust like no other. I don't recommend
Beadmaker is the slickest last step product thus far . Be it topper for your ceramic coating or stand alone paint protectant it does exactly what it says . Application is quite easy however in humid conditions it does take a little bit longer to complete the process . Overall, great scent , ease of application , excellent results and within a few hours you can see and feel a difference on the vehicle .
I applied as a topper to Si02 coating. As promised, easy to apply and it creating a great shine. Great product.
Absolutely love this product! I am a mobile detailer so sometimes getting out of the sun is not an option and this stuff works in the sun. You have to do a little more buffing with another towel but super easy to apply and buff off. Great add-on to my business for those not looking for a full polish but want to make their car shine again. If you haven't tried it yet you should. To give you an example of how far this stuff goes, I used 1 bottle for a 40ft RV. So I could imagine you can do about 10-15 cars with one bottle. Well worth the money.
I was skeptical but Bead Maker works as advertised. It was easy to apply and buff lightly with a clean MF towel and 2 hours later the enhanced gloss was incredible on my white car. I am sure you will see even more visible results on darker colors. I will be ordering more when my bottle runs out.
This stuff is awesome! i have been using now for at least 3 years now, since i saw Pan the organizer and the Rag Co. talk about it.i tell all my car buddies about it. you wont be disappointed!
I like to use this as a drying aid and topper to my ceramic coated vehicles and wheels. Works great and I don't feel bad using it on the whole car since it's so cheap, comparatively.
Best stuff I've used. Use as a drying aid or a standalone. The gloss and slickness are unmatched. Three weeks in it's still slick and the water beads like crazy. Have since bought 2 more gallons
Can't believe the performance for the price. Water beading is fantastic, lasts about 6 weeks in harsh new England weather, gains gloss as it cures, smells fantastic, will not streak, can be used on any exterior surface and interior hard surfaces, can be used wet or dry and so easy to use, a kid can make this stuff lay perfectly and streak free. An absolute heavy hitter in paint sealants. Add this to you arsenal and you will buy again!
This stuff is awesome. Great beading, high gloss, fills in some swirls, super easy to use, and makes the paint feel perfectly smooth. I apply one topper coat after drying a waxed or sealed car then use as a drying aid for washes after that. A little goes a long ways. Do not use too much or it will streak, especially when using as a drying aid. Smells great as well.
This has to be the easiest, most affordable, and super effective LSP ever. The versatility of BeadMaker continues to surprise me. A little goes a long way - not one negative thing to say about it. Safe and productive on any and all surfaces or parts of a vehicle.

Love this stuff as a final topper for daily driver clients who are not as concerned with expensive paint correction. The gloss n shine, hydrophobic water beading effect and decent protection period always pleases. I leaned against my work truck today while talking to a client and actually slid sideways haha. This stuff is super slick!
I can certainly attest to this product being a great last step topper either applied wet or dry. Especially for someone that is willing to apply frequently....I do find that this does have a tendency to collect dust more than products like Hydro and Reload. I don't find it particularly cost effective either....if you used 250ml on a vehicle that would be almost $2.00 even if purchased in bulk. I also share concerns that have been expressed on adding this product on top of a ceramic coated vehicle. I have found some great ceramic based waterless washes that fit the bill...easy to apply...last longer ...great slickness and gloss.
I have been using this product for a about a year. I love the slick feel and the gloss. It is an outstanding sealant.
Love it ... use it as my main spray bottle. Refill bottle into this handy bottle . Great product.
Was told about it from an undercoating guy .... Quick detailing... works great !
This stuff is amazing, currently its my favorite wow factor product. I favor this over wowo showstopper, bead maker goes on and wipes off a little easier, especially on a warm panel.
Wow talk about shine and intensifies as it cures. This is my go to spray and can't beat the price!!
Excellent product. Highly recommend it.

Economically easy to use. I was using Hydrosilix recharge until I read about this. This stuff is great. I can get a gallon of this for the price of one quart of Hydro. As always, shipping is fast and packaging is excellent.
I have been using this breadmaker for a while now ever since the Rag Co. and Pan the Organizer did rave reviews on it. I always tell everybody to get it. I keep 2 gallons on hand to keep all of our cars glowing.
I have used many products but this gets your paint super slick and super glossy. I use this as a finale step on my rinseless wash and it makes the paint pop like no other. Try it and you will love it. Once applied look away 20 min and look back and it gets more shiny somehow I assume its apart of the cure time but be sure to notice the slickness rite away. I will not let this out of my supplies.
EXTREMELY versatile product! I use it for almost everything on the exterior. Smells great, looks awesome, feels slick. Used as a drying aid in my world. After purchasing a gallon once a month, I decided to move onto the 5 gallons.
Love the shine! Seems to get shiner as time passes. I have not had issues with it collecting dust on the car.
Works great. I put aio then PS bead maker. Put dodo juice wax on top of that, then again PS bead maker. Made my Harley shine like new.
This sealant will now be a part of my regular purchases. I recently did pre-winter detail on my 2013 Golf R that sees every bit of weather there is as it's my one and only car. after washing and drying the car, I coated the car with CarPro Reload, then moved onto the Beadmaker. It's a deadly combination. The fit and finish after the full cure time is addicting.
This is my go to top coat. Pros cost, ease of application, water beading, durability, shine is awesome. Buy a 16oz and give it a try you will then be ordering it by the gallon.
Ok let's get serious here. Bead Maker is just ok and what I mean by that is it's not anymore hydrophobic than many other products on the market. Yes it leaves the surface super slick but as far as the name imply's it misses the mark. If this was labeled as a Detailer it would be better but in that arena there are better ones to choose from. It also changes the property's of ceramic coatings and how they bead instead of making them better. Along with that it leaves a shinny surface but no depth in the paint which a good Detailer would do.
Love this product I recommend buying the gallon size once you try you'll never use anything else.
The first time applying it you use a good amount of product but the following coats you start to use less the shine is amazing and it's so easy to apply

Works excellent, I use it after every wash and will keep using it until I can find a better product, which I dough that I will find.
Is this a product that I could use on every one of our customer cars? No, because it takes too long to apply compared to other spray waxes/quick detailers, and despite the very low cost, too much product is required per vehicle. However, I do use this on my personal Audi S4 (that's coated) after every wash/every other wash, and I use it on some customer cars that could use that extra "wow" factor. It really adds slickness and gloss that isn't always immediately apparent, but improves significantly as it cures. Probably what I'm most impressed with is how easily bugs wipe off my front bumper/headlights when this product is applied to my vehicles vs. when it's not applied, which tells me it's actually protecting the paint.
I can't attest to the longevity of this product because my car has never gone more than 3 weeks without being washed and has only been driven in the rain 3 times.
In summary - I'm not sure this is the best product from production detailing standpoint, however it is a product I would highly recommend to customers who are interested in regular, easy DIY exterior maintenance.

Outstanding gloss and slickness, as easy to apply as it gets. Spray on, wipe off. I use it once a month and it only takes about 20 minutes to do my Mazda 3 Hatchback.
This is a 'no brainer', great product!

Beads great. Nice shine. But does not protect against water spots at all. I bought it as a topping for CQuartz. I typically use CarPro Reload to protect against water spots and etching. I tried Bead Maker based on the great reviews and value. It beads well, but the beaded water then dries to ugly water spots if you don't wipe them off.
This stuff is the bomb!!! Pan the Organizer and the guys at the Rag Company did raving reviews on it and ever since its my go to product!
LOVE Bead Maker! I use this product on my whole car - paint, glass, chrome, black trim. The bottle states you can use wet or dry but I find it is best on a dry vehicle. It is extremely hydrophobic, water (and dirt) just slide right off the car in the rain. I am able to keep my car cleaner. People remark how shiny my car is all the time. I just gave a bottle to my dad for Father's Day!
Finally got around to trying this stuff out. Thought I was gonna be disappointed as this is possibly one of the most hyped products out there. I was wrong. It's absolutely fantastic! Used initially as a sealant over my lsp, and also as an ongoing drying aid. No regrets.
I WILL warn you that the smell is absolutely wonderful, and you will be tempted to drink some of it. It doesn't taste as good as it smells. Please don't ask me how I know.

Very nice! I detail my vehicles and use a paint protectant a couple times a year, then use this as a supplement in between; applying to the entire exterior after every hand wash. I find it works best to blow the vehicle off first, then apply bead maker. Keeps a detailed vehicle looking freshly done.
I love Bead Maker, quick, effective, smells GREAT!!! Just bought a gallon after trying a bottle !!!
I've only used this once so far but am amazed at how hydrophobic it is! I have a ceramic coated vehicle that sheds water easily and I have to say that this product works about as well on an uncoated car as the ceramic does. Love the smell and the ease of use - takes almost no effort to spray on and wipe off. Flashes quickly and wipes off easily, leaving no streaks or residue behind. I need to see how it holds up over time, but so far I'm very impressed by how it sheds water and makes my car shine. Definitely recommend this!
For the price it is an unbeatable and unbelievable product. If you follow the instructions on the bottle it works outstandingly. It is also super easy to apply. It smells great. The only con I can think of is having to reapply it every 70-90 days. Besides that my first go to sealant. My car has been through several rain storms and about 2 complete washes and the sealant is still rock solid.
One of my go to products. Priced right and great beading effects.
Fantastic product. Makes my car look like it has a ceramic coating. Long lasting shine.
Have only begun using this product recently, but so far I am loving it! I use it as a top coat over a base of Collinite sealant waxes; I follow the directions on the P&S video which recommends allowing the first coat to cure for 6 hours.
Bead Maker is easy to apply (use a 500 mg microfiber towel); it doesn't streak as much as other products, but it leaves a "deep wet" shine and a VERY slick surface.
My biggest question remains to be seen; its durability. Time will tell, as the racing & car show season is upon us!

Loving bead maker as a coating topper and drying aid. It works great even on plastics and the smell makes the user experience second to none.

Thought the product was all hype but decided to try it. It really does change the look of the vehicle unlike any other product ive used(c2v3, CG V07, optimum car wax). My car is ceramic coated with Crystal Serum light and this product really does play well with it. Make sure on your initial application the surface is contaminant free or it would perform as expected. I had to perform a light clay application with the 22ple clay bar safe for ceramic coated vehicles for beadmaker to perform as intended. If you don't perform this step I noticed the self-cleaning properties dont mimic/enhance your base coat. So perform a light mechanical or chemical decontamination prior to your first application.
Absolutely AMAZING! Heard all the talks about it, thought it was BS but applies it on vehicles and it turned out great.
Absolutely love this stuff and I haven't even tried it on the car. Currently using it as a drying aide on my glass shower door. Beadmaker makes it so much easier to keep clean and leaves the door slick to the touch. Great beading also. 100% recommend, can't wait to try out on the car.

Bead Maker is a very economical product and fairly easy to use. This product works extremely well on paint that has been clay barred. Using this on rough neglected paint will be difficult to buff and get a streak free finish. It does not like weather below 45 degrees or so. This product is great as a stand alone after a wash and clay or as a drying aid. The hydrophobic properties is impressive for ease of use and cost. The gloss levels after curing are eye catching and it works wonderfully on all surfaces. The smell is intoxicating as well! I use this mostly as a drying aid for ceramic coated and waxed vehicles. This product helps me stand out when all a customer wants is a simple wash.
