Mytee 80-120 Deluxe Prep Center S w/Heat Reviews

Very exited when I bought the item, however, Mytee does have a lead time of 60 days to be shipped and it took exactly that. I understand that we are living tough times so you take this with a grain of salt but the factory should have this item in stock. The item came without the owners manual, don't know how to take care of it or how to set it up properly because I don't have an owners manual. The item came with missing accessories and now the hoses are on the floor because I don't have hangers for them. The vacuum hose connections are terrible and there is no way to secure them so they won't come out if you pull them. The extraction solution tank does not have a cover so dust, bugs or any kind of particles can get in there at any time. Now I have to make something for a $2000 machine to protect it. I really regret spending this much on this. The machine does work as described but I can't help to be upset every time I use it because I payed a lot for something that it is halfway put together.
