I was hoping to remove some light swirls and barely noticeable scratches. I was using a buffer and various pads.
Pros: The product is easily applied and removed.
Cons: I did not observe any improvements in the swirl marks.
I have gone through the process of applying and removing the products several times but unfortunately observed minimal improvement in the swirls.

My go-to finishing polish. Work this stuff until it starts to dust and you are golden. Don't use too much, just 3-4 dime sized drops as more is not better. This is a DAT polish and needs to be worked to reach its full potential. I pair this with FG 400 for the cutting stage and finish with 3500. This system works exceptionally well on hard German paint systems and most GM paint systems like on Vettes. It never fails for me.
3500 polishes to a nice even glow. Easy to use and its also easy on the paint. Cleanup is a breeze as long as you dont use to much. I found that polishing twice with a little is better than once with too much. Everyone comments on the shine...even competition at car shows ask me how I got it so shiny... wash and wax alone looks dull compared.
In 2015 I bought the classic Menzerna trio:
FG400 for heavy cutting
PF2500 for medium / one step polishing
SF4000 for finish polishing.
Since then they've undergone an unfortunate name and label change, but the product remains of the highest quality.
I use 400 and 2500 proportionally more often, and they always get the jobs done. However, there are those jobs that the customer pays for that needs the maximum available gloss, and the SF is the one that does it. Consistently, and predictably. It is my "secret weapon", and reserved for the most critical situations.
I find that as with the other Menzerna polishes I use a little goes a very long way. For me full face pad priming works against these products as their lubricating system isn't designed for that. It causes dusting, and makes wipe off difficult.
With 4000/3500 I start with 4 small drops, and reload with 2. Spread out, and work four section passes, and wipe off.
What's left behind is a wet lipstick gloss, ready for sealant, or paint prep/coating.

It did a great job my 2016 Corvette didn't look this good the day I bought it home.Very little dusting and cleaned up nice.
Great finish, good results when doing a heavy compound then going to this product. Will be on our shelf for good, used on rotary a lot for flawless results.
Makes my car shine like it never has for the past 14 yrs! I used the 300 the finished with 3500 and so much clarity. The white looks super nice.
Awesome product low to no dust, saves a lot of time and money could be used as a one step of need be. Very easy to use made a 04 Chevy look brand new.
Super finish aka sf4000 is now sf3500. Not sure if formula has changed. Probably the best single stage polish. Spreads well. Be sure to remove residue completely before sealing paint.
SF4000 is my only finish polish. It finishes like a mirror. Long working time and easy to remove. Follow Menerzna 400 with this polish for a two step polish anyone will be pleased with. I've compared it to other big name polishes and Menzerna wins every time. Such an easy polish to use. Any one can use it with great results. You won't go wrong.
Works very well. Using it with a FLEX machine and a black pad on a dark Mercedes.
Simply the best that is made................................. enough said
Used this on my black Toyota Tundra that was badly scratched. First went over it with Meguiars M105 then the Menzerna SF4000 and it looks great! Would definitely recommend it for dark colored vehicles to remove the spiderwebs.
This is a golden product! If the gods of paint correction could reveal their secrets, this would be one of them
Had a 1986 Porsche Carerra Targa black come in. Was in absolute horrible paint condition... oxidation, swirls and scratches badly. I had used FG400 on rotary with wool pad (which there were 0 compounding haze, minimal swirls) and then grabbed SF4000 on my Flex 3401 and tangerine LC hydrotech pad... lets put it this way... owner didnt hesitate to tell me how shiny, wet, and glossy the Porsche was! I have received numerous compliments on the detail. I will add that I topped the polish with Menzerna Power Lock and Chemical Guys Pete's 53. I highly recommend this polish! In my experience the dusting is little to none depending on how long you work the product which on a DA has amazing play time! It also wipes off rather easy. Must have!
Wonderful finishing polish. Simply put it produces a deep wet shine that almost cannot be rivaled. Will buy again for sure.
Another wonderful product from the Menzerna line. Removes the swirls very well. I use this with a white pad.
what a FINISHING POLISH ! the only complain about it is that produces little dust , but you can live with it when you see the finish is awesome! one of my favorite products since i used it is my go to finishing polish. you'll love it!
AWESOME, AWESOME AWESOME product. I have used various other products in the past, but this is by far the easiest, user friendly finishing polish I have ever used. clean up was rediculously easy. I will definately be purshasing this product again, as well as other Menzerna products.
I had to use Meguires Ultimate Rubbing Compound to remove a few things that this product surprisingly would not touch. After that I used the Menzerna and, though the difference from the Meguires was slight, you could tell that this product gave the finish that final mirror like appearance. I wish I could post a photo as the white paint on my Tacoma, that sits outside in Houston, TX 24/7 365 looks like flawless glass. It went on easy with a griots and buffed off much easier than the Meguires. Cleaning off splatter was a snap, even from black! I am going to continue to use this keeping in mind that it is that last final touch for that finish that we pay the big bucks for.
This a one great polish, as is all of the Menzerna line on DI. I used with after Megs 205 on new black pearl Civic Si. Took all the swirl marks out and left beautiful, smooth, finish. Topped off with Menzerna Power lock.
WOW! I've always heard great things about Menzerna products. Now I know why. What a SUPER polish. It has a long working time, no dusting, easy wipe down and superior results. I've tried many other polishes over the years but Menzerna will be replacing the others as I use them up. Definitely try the Menzerna line if you haven't
Another one of those must haves.
106ff awesome stuff, super very shine and finish, flawless.
Breaks down quickly using the 7424XP Random Orbital Buffer on a white pad. Leaves a great-looking shine. Used M105 on orange pad prior.
Breaks down quickly using the Flex XC on a white pad. Leaves a great-looking shine. I'm not a professional, so I have not used it etensively enough yet to discern any significant differences with M205. Suffice to say that I'm quite satisfied with it. Meguiars' M205 and Menzerna 106FA are quality products, so it's difficult to go wrong with either, as each has it's best uses and optimial pad combination - depending of course on the type and condition of the vehicle's paint.
I love this stuff, I had M205 before this and Id be left with holograms (whether it be because I had not used IPA 1:1 before or not) this product left me with a beautiful deep glossy shine.
My Subaru and I love this!

What is FF & IPA stand for?
Reply:
FF = the older version of this product, PO106FF
IPA = Isopropyl Alcohol

I used this with a LC black pad for the jeweling step and it created a fresh and wet look to the paint prior adding sealant and wax. Would buy again.
Wonderful finishing polish. Simply put it produces a deep wet shine that almost cannot be rivaled. It takes a while to break down and can produce holograms of its own on very soft paint. After using this product make sure you use something like Menzerna Top Inspection or IPA (1:1).
Works excellent on those notoriously picky corvette paints! Highly reccomended.
I've already used a full bottle of 106FF, and I absolutely loved it, and am just about to run out, so bought the replacement 106FA. I've not net used it, but if it's better than 106FF (by any measure), it must be an outstanding product. Can't wait to use it.
Wonderful finishing polish. Breaks down wonderfully.

Here is my take on this stuff...buy it over the 106ff here is why. I love 106ff but it takes nearly 5 min to properly break down, oh but what a finish it leaves. With 106FA you get the EXACT same results in half or less the time. Make sure you do an IPA wipe down before you polish, to ensure best behavior of Menzerna 106FA. I use either a blue or red pad. 106FA can be ramped up a bit more than FF, as soon as it starts to dust you have gone a bit too long.
