Lake Country White Polishing Pad Reviews
Customer Reviews
Pros: besides working very well for what they were designed for, they are easy to clean. Just massage the spent polish out of the pad with your thumbs under warm water. Working from the center out. They dry quick also. If you don't have access to forced air, lay them face down on a drying towel and it will absorb the water.
Great pad from lake county. This pad is use for removing light swirl marks, lighter water marks, very light scratches and bringing some life into the paint with the right polish. Not really a lot of cut here, so I don't expect to to remove light scratches or heavy water marks.

This is my second order of Lake Country pads. After comparing them to the first pads I ordered they were not as thick as the first ones. Have not used them yet, was a little disappointed with not receiving what I thought should have been the same thing.
I have been using these pads for years, but this last order, they seemed to be about 60% as thick as before and started breaking down during my first use. Something has changed, best to verify before ordering.
Used once so far. Excellent results with Meguiar's 205 finishing polish. After cleaning, pad still looks new. Very pleased.
Great pad for light correction and polishing prior to a last step product.
Very durable, excellent results.
Good quality, will by again.
Quality pad, I haven't had a lake country pad ever fail, the velcro is quality and doesn't delaminate. A must have for 3inch and 4 inch polishing
All of the lake country pads and the rubber pet hair brush work great. The pet hair brush is a real time saver.
Great pad. Would buy again.
thank you, good quality product.
Used this pad on Harley Davidson detail. I used a FLEX PE 8 Kompakt Rotary Polisher with this pads, low rpm and slow hand movement. Great starting point pad.
They give excellent results.
They give excellent results.
Great for polishing with no correcting. No problems with the construction or durability had them for a year now. I have the 3 inch also
Yes. Works great with final polish. A MUST-HAVE.
This pad had a very high quality interface between the velcro backing and the pad - MUCH better than a major competitor's 6" pad in that respect. This particular foam density cleans up real nice, and even though it is bright white, my pad looks like new even after use with products with funny colors, like PB SSR 2.5.
Surprisingly impressed by this foam pad. This was my first foam pad I purchased and used other than the 3M pads that I used for a long time. Now the white, flat pad is my go to pad. Still have yet to try the other Lake Country pads I purchased. This is a very versatile pad.
Used with a PC 7424 XP and M205 this pad finished down the paint nicely. Great build as all the other LC pads.
Great pad. Used with PC 7424XP and Menz SF4000 (106FA). Buy two for the standard size car as helps oversaturating car with product.
A must when using an AIO and especially after using LC orange as a follow up to rid the paint of small marring. I have 3 of them, would you think I would buy this product again?
This has become my MVP pad in my detaling arsenal. Most of my customers, regardless of their cars' condition, are perfectly happy with just wanting a simple clay and wax. This pad, combined with an all-in-one polish and sealant, easily surpasses their expectations. I highly recommend getting a couple of these.

This pad came with the porter cable kit I got from DI. I had heard great things about the LC pads but man was I impressed at the versatility of it. They have a nice rounded edge so you can use the edges to get in hard to reach areas. I used it to apply Meguires 205 and was very pleased with the results. Prior to the detail I had some light swirls on my new Honda. The combination I used left the paint very smooth and swirl free. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice polishing pad. I read somewhere that soaking the pad in water with some soap does wonders to remove some of the gunk that builds up on the pad. DI sells specialized soap for this; however I soaked mine in some clean water with a little gold class soap and was pleased at how clean it came out. Tip: Store your pads in zip top bags labeled with what product you used on them.
Lake Country pads always work great as expected.
Used as a followup to the light orange pads, these work very well!! I'll order more as needed, especially at this price point.
Work great in removing some light scratches and swirls with poorboys polish.
Awesome. Period.
LC pads are awesome. White is one of the pads I use the most.
I used the White LC pad iwth Menzerna IP on a '95 Porsche Carerra that had no clear coat left and a great deal of oxidation. The finish was completly restored using this pad. I then applied glaze, sealer, wax and the car was left looking cherry wet red in appearance. Owner was extremely please and I got more business from him.
I use the LC Orange pad for a majority of my defect removal and this pad is my go-to guy for finishing down. Works great with PO106FA or 85RD and really helps to bring out the gloss in darker colors. A must-have!
I purchased the 6.5" backing plate and the white pads for polishing my boat with a PC polisher. They worked very well and the pad held up much better than the Meguiars 6" pads . I was able to run the polisher at full speed (6000 opm) and the pad still looks new.

I use mine for the penultimate step before sealing or waxing, and it really glosses up the car nicely.

Works great with Menzerna Final Polish II to remove any hazing left by heavier polishing. A must-have when polishing.

Another great pad from LC. For me it gets used mostly with finishing polishes as a last step before sealant/wax, but it can do decent correction with a medium or aggressive polish. It also leaves most paints hologram free when used with a proper finishing polish so the paint is swirl free and glossy.
