Lake Country Lambswool Foamed Interface Low Lint Pad Reviews
Customer Reviews
This pad can be surprisingly good! I honestly didn't think this type of wool would work that well with a DA style polisher, but it works great! You get great cutting ability that finishes really well all while keeping the panel cool unlike a microfiber pad. Definitely a great pad to add to your arsenal!
Absolutely a must have. I use this with rotary and it just slices through the defects. If yo UK r doing 2 step corrections. Best way to go
My go to pad now for removing severe defects. Works wonders with a Flex 3401. Works great on a rotary too. Expensive, but very durable and will last a long time. Very happy with this product.
Great cutting ability and cut pretty smooth with a Flex 3401 which is a beast to control. They work badass on a rotary too. Very happy with these pads. As usual very high quality Lake Country product. Highly recommended.
If you like the lake country blue or purple pad, then you'll love this pad even more. It's by fart he fastest defect removal pad I carry in my arsenal. Minimal heat, very durable. Simple compressed air cleans the pad well. Less dusting than the purple or blue pad, but it nevertheless, still dust.
These pads are fantastic. Very durable that possess great cutting ability. With regular blow outs the wool keeps nice and clean and maintains a beautiful feel when running the machine particularly once the defects are diminished. The finish I was achieving on this particular paint system was almost LSP. A quick follow up with a finishing polish on foam quickly removed any slight haze. I would highly recommend this pad particularly for those who may want to add wool to their arsenal without needed to run it on rotary. This pad is versatile and performs great on a da.

Would they buy this item again? Yes
Got two sample pads in the mail from Lake Country, and had a project that happened to be available for some testing. I was working with a fellow detailer on a texture removal project on a 67 Pontiac HO GTO. After sanding, I took the LC wool pad on the Rupes 21 with a 5" backing plate and started removing the sanding haze. The pad worked great, it runs cooler than microfiber and with pad spur, cleans out easily and is ready to go again. I found on this paint that the finish was adequate for the amount of correction I was able to get with a mild compound. I am sure bumping up to something heavier such as M101 or another heavy cut would pull some major defects out. I will buy some now that I have had a chance to test. The only issue I had was as I used and cleaned this one out, it seemed to want to separate at the hole in the pad. That could be from the spurring, but it did not effect the ability of the pad to work.
Pros: Takes out defects with ease
Cons: Does leaves swirls
Just tried these new pads out they work great. Looks like I have a new go to pad when it comes to any 2 step job.
