Lake Country CCS Yellow Cutting Pad Reviews

Work well. I am a DIY'er. I use it on a 3401. Both work well. I like the 5.5. Better control over buffer.
One as good as the other. CS a little bit advantage when using AIO products.

I use the Lake Country CCS lineup all the time on a Flex 3401. Detailed Image keeps well stocked, and is the most affordable place to buy, especially with a wholesale account. Start with the yellow pad with Menzerna FG-400, then go to a green pad with a light polish or a polish/wax combo.

The regular lake county pads are good, but these are better. They don't overheat like how the regular pads can, but the benefits don't stop there. These pads don't absorb product as quickly as the standard lake county pads do so you can use the same pad longer. Finally, they clean just as easy as the regular lake county pads do. As far as performance of the pad itself, it has the same cutting power as the regular lake county yellow pad. It can remove deep scratches and imperfections in the paint with ease. No negatives here on the product.

I have been using these pads for over 10 years. They fit perfect and they work great on my Flex 3401 Polisher. Easy to clean too. Lake Country is the best. I did get a small batch years ago that had a problem. I called up LC and they made it more that right. All their products are top notch.

Definitely, my GO TO pad for basic cutting jobs and AIO applications. They don't overheat or clog, and they last a long time when properly cleaned after each use.

Pad worked well when I paired it with Menzerna Super Intensive Polish.

After I exchanged email msgs with Reece, he suggested that these worked as good as the thicker pads and I did try it and works just as good as 1 1/4 in ones. Lake Country pads always work good for me.

Disappointed - the description does not specify the thickness which is 7/8 in and since I just bought another on another site last week, I thought that these lake country pads were all 1 1/4 in thick, but they are not. I have 6 different pads from Lake Country that I have purchased over the years and they are all 1 1/4 in thick. So I paid less for this one, but it is not same thickness.
