Product Description
The Koch Chemie Reactivation Shampoo is designed to remove contamination from ceramic coated vehicles and reactivates the ceramic coating! This means you can clean your paint and revive your ceramic coating in one step. Ceramic coatings are extremely durable layers of protection for various exterior surfaces of your vehicle, however, the pores of the coating can become clogged when dirty, drastically reducing overall coating performance. Reactivation Shampoo is a strong acidic shampoo that will foam up for high cleaning ability. For optimal cleaning results, coarse dirt should be removed with an alkaline pre-cleaner and high-pressure wash before using Reactivation Shampoo. Dilute Reactivation Shampoo 1:200 (for hand washing) with water. This achieves a pH of 3.0. When using a foam cannon, adjust the pre-dilution accordingly. Wash the pre-cleaned and still wet vehicle with your wash media and rinse the product thoroughly before drying. The acidic setting of the shampoo ensures that the dirt, limescale and salts are loosened and removed with minimal wash mitt swipes and the hydrophobic properties of the ceramic coating will be revived. Care for your coating correctly and reach for the Koch Chemie Reactivation Shampoo! From The Label

Customer Reviews
Be careful on your dilutions. This is an acid.
I like putting 20:1 in my foam cannon for a final output of 200:1, foam the car, let it dwell for a couple minutes, then contact wash it with some pH neutral in a wash bucket, then go back over with a synthetic clay mitt, then rinse.
It's not going to remove etched water spots, but it will loosen up every thing for your clay.
The pH neutral soap in the contact wash helps to neutralize the acid. This is a soap you must accurately measure.
If you run this 10:1 in a mjjc foam cannon you stand a risk of killing a ceramic coating. You need to know how much your foam cannon dilutes the product.
I absolutely wouldn't put this in a wash bucket unless you're using gloves up to your elbows. You don't want to stick your arm in acid.
