Product Description
The Griot's Garage BOSS Perfecting Foam Pads will help you remove light imperfections and finish the paint down with that beautiful clarity we all love. This pad features a medium to light firmness foam and has a multi-purpose feature. Use this pad with BOSS Perfecting Cream to remove light imperfections for optimal depth and clarity. If you are looking for less cutting power and some protection, use this pad with the BOSS Finishing Sealant. Either option will leave your paint looking great! The BOSS Perfecting pad, along with the other BOSS Foam Pads feature an 8mm (5/16") thick, low profile design that touts a low center of gravity and extremely light weight. This high quality design allows for maximum tool stability and pad control for smoother operation and better polishing results in less time. You will also notice a small hole in the center of these pads. This intercooling hole is designed to help the pad resist heat buildup, in turn extending the life of your pad. BOSS pads are available in both 5.5" and 6.5" sizes. The 5.5" pads offer improved control, access to tighter areas, and faster pad rotation for increased defect removal. This pad works well after the Knitted Wool Pad. It's my favorite combination for severe and moderate defects.
For comparison, the pad is more flexible and not dense as Rupes Yellow, but it will cut when you need it to, just adjust accordingly with the BOSS Cream.
Again, pairs up well with Knitted Wool Pad (& Fast Correcting Cream), finish with Perfecting Cream, give this combination a try for amazing results.

Works great with the correcting cream. Griots has their pads and polish combinations perfected.
I love rupes, but not a big fan of their stiff pad so I figured I would give it a shot on BOSS yellow polishing pad for my rupes 21es and I absolutely love it.
Pad is high quality and reuseable package it comes with is plus to me.
I will be stocking up more BOSS pads for my rupes polisher.
