Gtechniq G Wash Reviews
Professional Detailer Reviews
G Wash creates a rather large amount of foam once you give a quick burst in your wash bucket with your hose or power washer. The suds are nice slick minimizing the chances of causing any damage or abrasion during the wash process.

I've been an Adam's Shampoo and CarPro Reset user for years. Just tried this stuff out and it's amazing. It has a cleaning ability comparable to Reset, but stays wet and doesn't cause soap spots if it does happen to dry like Adam's. And the lubricity is absolutely amazing. It also washes completely and easily without reactivating. Easily the best car soap ''ve used to date. Well worth the cost.
Absolutely recommend this product. I first use Citrus foam with a foam cannon, let it set a couple minutes then rinse the car. Then use the two bucket method with the Gwash and it leaves my 2023 Corvette finish looking brilliant. I also recommend using an Air Cannon to blow off the water then do a light wipe using a micor fiber soft towel. The results are stunning!
My weekly car shampoo. I trust products from Gtechniq for my ceramic coated Tesla MY.
Gtechniq Gwash is my go to for mobile detailing in the sun especially for maintaining ceramic coated vehicles.
Leaves nice clean finish, no streaking with toppers, great with ceramic coated cars.
What you would expect from gtechniq. Foams up real nice and cleans the car real nice. Totally worth the cost.
Very concentrated, does a great job on dirt removal, without disturbing the LSP. Probably the only shampoo, I will buy from now on- I have tried them all...
Great product!
It took me a while to try G Wash, I used it a few times and realized I loved it more and more each time. This is a fantastic maintenance shampoo with great lubricity, great cleaning power for only 40ml in the wash bucket. This shampoo really impresses when using on a coated vehicle, but perfect for any type of LSP.
This works well in a wash bucket for me, great lubricity. I used it in my foam cannon and while ok it didn't foam as much as I was hoping, definitely not as much as other similarly priced products. I usually have a dedicated foam soap and different bucket soap. This in a bucket gave decent suds but not as much as others if you're looking for lots of bubbles. However I can tell using it that the lubricity is there for sure and that's really all that matters in the end.
Just used Gtechniq wash threw my foam canon and WOW! Very pleased with its lifting encapsulated dirt. Would recommend this product!
Definitely has some of the best lubricity that I've seen from a concentrated car wash shampoo. Decent value too in the larger size. I've tried nearly everything on the market and this is up there.
Cleaning ability is solid, but it's the lubricity that really helps avoid marring and puts this product ahead of the rest. Other soaps out there will get the surface squeaky clean, but the lubricity just isn't there and you run a greater risk of grinding contaminants into the paint.
I've always been impressed with most of the Gtechniq line and this is no exception.

I've tried many shampoos over the years, and G Wash is hands down the best I've ever used. It's highly concentrated, so it lasts FOREVER! And the lubricity it provides is insane. When coupled with a wool mitt it may be a little too slick... I threw my mitt on the roof one time and slid right off. Whoops.
But seriously. This is the best shampoo. It's super slick so you know you're not inducing scratches, but it also properly cleans the paint. I would find it hard to believe someone makes a better shampoo than G Wash. I definitely recommend picking up a 5-litre container and using it every time you wash your car, or anyone's for that matter. A good pH neutral shampoo with high lubricity is the best thing you could have in your stock.

Would they buy this item again? Yes
I love this stuff. I first got it to use for maintenance of my CSL coating. It works so well and is so easy to apply that I now also use it as a stand alone sealer on cars without a coating. It performs and feels very much like CSL, except it doesn't last quite as long.It is exceptionally easy to apply and wipe off with no streaking, it provides a very slick feel and delivers a great shine.
I have used a lot of car wash/shampoo products, and gwash is hands down the best I have used to date. Seems to do a better job at removing dirt than any of the other car wash products I have used in the past. I have a Crystal Serum Ultra Gtechniq coating, and was told to use gwash for cleaning. I now use this on all my cars whether they have a Gtechniq coating or not, truly a fantastic product.
I have Gtechniq coatings on my car and have been using CarPro reset in my foam lance, I liked the results but it made my wipers really chatter. I have not noticed that with this, it seems to clean as well as reset does. I guess for me I figure why not use the wash from the makers of my coating especially since it took me forever to apply.
