One of the really nice things about this product is that it is water-based. A solvent based product can brown rubber, attract dust, and can actually dry out rubber. The final results are wonderful, matte, moisturized, and UV protected seals.

Nextzett Gummi Pflege Stift conditons and protects weather rubber seals around car doors, windows, hood and trunk lids. Conditions and protects against rain, dirt and UV radiation, preventing premature ageing and graying. Helps prevent doors from sticking in freezing temperatures. Water-based and petroleum-free.
Directions
Directions: Surface should be clean and dry prior to treatment. Shake well before use. Apply by pressuring the built-in foam applicator against surface and squeezing bottle until products begins to flow. Allow surface to dry. Apply as needed.
Caution:Risk of slippage! Do not apply on steering wheel, pedals, or seating surfaces. Store at room temperature.
