Detail Factory Wheel Brush Kit Reviews
Customer Reviews
Phenomenal kit - I have no use for the scrubbing sock as my wheels are maintained but as a detailer if working on hammered factory silver wheels it would probably work well
Used MF Madness Incredibrush flat for a couple years, it was too heavy when wet, not flexible enough, I love the products they make but not that one - and, for being 'flat', since it was so dense it would still get stuck on some brake rotors and shields which was annoying and I went back to Wheel Woolies.
The DF wheel brush (and mini) solves the problem as they are lighter, better to hold (grippier), more flexible and overall thinner with a sock installed on there.
Going to grab a spare sock and rotate them out every few months but cleanup was easy, after done with the wheels, I just unclipped the microfiber sock (the plastic snaps are a great detail and make on/off easy), and rinsed the bare brush out well and the sock itself with hose, wrung it out and reinstalled and left to air dry. Very well thought out and highly recommended, yes it is expensive but was worth it for me. If I could only recommend one thing would be the option to get 2 microfiber socks with it, and forego the scrubbing pad, or just sell it as a base kit with just microfiber pad itself and then you can add additional socks as needed.

Don't think it cleans as well as the EZ Detail or Speed Master which are basically the same thing. It doesn't clean the inside back of the wheel as well if the wheel has a downward ledge like mine do, or behind the spokes as well.
Works well on my wheels, gets through the spokes for cleaning the barrel. I prefer this to the smaller brushes I used before and the microfiber is softer and most likely better for my gloss black wheels.
Used twice since purchase. The cleaning sleeve held plenty of wash soap to clean away the brake dust. The foam head should be thinner to allow cleaning between the brake calipers and the barrel.
Nice to have a scrubbing and cleaning applicator. Cleans intricate rim design well. It is long enough to reach through the barrel. Putting the covers on the handle is much easier if the cover and handle are wet. Very difficult to put dry cover on dry handle.
Whether you will like this or not will depend on your rims. My rims have pretty wide external openings but there is only a small amount of clearance between the brake disc and the barrel. This device is too thick to get into this space (a large wheel woolie doesn't fit either) without catching, which pulls the removable cover off (it unsnaps). The handle is awesome, but in my case, it needs to have a thinner inner foam head. If you've got lots of room inside your barrels this would be great. (It is similar in design to the more expensive Microfiber Madness Incredibrush Flat, which I haven't used.)
This detail factory brush worked really well. It got all the way the into my rims on my 2020 Dodge Daytona with no issues. The brush held a lot of cleaner and rinsed off clean with the hose. Overall a great product that I will be using all summer.
I used the "scrubber" sleeve on some stubborn brake dust buildup along with P&S Brake Buster. It did a great job of cleaning. I think that another handle should be offered so you don't have to swap the sleeves.
