Product Description
The Detail Factory Wheel Brush Kit allows you to easily interchange your wheel cleaning media in the form of a bush! The base of this brush features an ergonomic handle design with a flexible core and soft foam contact pad. This design allows you to safely and easily clean various wheel shapes and sizes. The rubber grip allows for easy maneuverability, even when wet. With all of those great features, the uniqueness of this brush comes down to the interchangeability of the wash media itself. Each brush comes with two microfiber covers, one that is a long nap, soft and safe microfiber head, the other is a shorter nap designed for dirty wheel scrubbing. Just pull one off and slip the other on. It is that easy and you will be ready for any wheel cleaning situation that is in front of you.Need replacement heads? Phenomenal kit - I have no use for the scrubbing sock as my wheels are maintained but as a detailer if working on hammered factory silver wheels it would probably work well
Used MF Madness Incredibrush flat for a couple years, it was too heavy when wet, not flexible enough, I love the products they make but not that one - and, for being 'flat', since it was so dense it would still get stuck on some brake rotors and shields which was annoying and I went back to Wheel Woolies.
The DF wheel brush (and mini) solves the problem as they are lighter, better to hold (grippier), more flexible and overall thinner with a sock installed on there.
Going to grab a spare sock and rotate them out every few months but cleanup was easy, after done with the wheels, I just unclipped the microfiber sock (the plastic snaps are a great detail and make on/off easy), and rinsed the bare brush out well and the sock itself with hose, wrung it out and reinstalled and left to air dry. Very well thought out and highly recommended, yes it is expensive but was worth it for me. If I could only recommend one thing would be the option to get 2 microfiber socks with it, and forego the scrubbing pad, or just sell it as a base kit with just microfiber pad itself and then you can add additional socks as needed.

Works well on my wheels, gets through the spokes for cleaning the barrel. I prefer this to the smaller brushes I used before and the microfiber is softer and most likely better for my gloss black wheels.
Used twice since purchase. The cleaning sleeve held plenty of wash soap to clean away the brake dust. The foam head should be thinner to allow cleaning between the brake calipers and the barrel.
