Product Description
The DIY Detail Water Spot Remover helps you remove ugly watermarks fast, simple and easy! Most water sources contain minerals and water with a higher mineral content and greatly increases the risk of watermarks when washing. This is due to water drying on the surface, leaving the minerals behind, which can etch into the paint. If you do have watermarks, it is imperative to remove them fast as the longer you allow minerals to sit, the deeper they can etch. The DIY Detail Water Spot Remover is simple to use, simply spray onto the surface, let it dwell and rinse off thoroughly. Water Spot Remover is safe for all exterior surfaces and the quality formula will break down the mineral deposits that cause water spot etching. This works on a great deal of light watermarks, however, if the minerals have etched too far into the surface polishing will be required to eliminate them. Don't let watermarks sit on your paint, requiring polishing, eliminate them early with the DIY Detail Water Spot Remover!Directions:
- Spray Water Spot Remover on one panel at a time
- Allow 1-2 minutes to dwell
- Rinse Thoroughly
- If necessary, agitate the surface with a clean microfiber cloth
- Repeat as necessary
Bonus: This water spot remover can also be used as a coating revival product in the winter as it safely and efficiently removes road salt.

Customer Reviews
Although it is advertised as a water spot remover (and it does work well as such), I primarily use it as a last step when "un-clogging" or "rejuvenating" a coating...
My process is to wash, chemically decontaminate (iron, sap, tar, bugs, etc.) the vehicle, physically decontaminate the vehicle (if necessary with either clay or clay towel), rinse the vehicle well and as a final step, spray DIY WSR liberally on a damp vehicle and into a damp soft MF towel, gently "massage" it into the surface, allow it to dwell as long as possible/comfortable without drying, rinse well (a hose usually works better than a pressure washer) and then dry the vehicle as normal. I do not know what the chemical mix is in this product, but it has brough back almost completely "dead" coatings for me more than once.
I find it to be cost effective and it works very well. I always keep several bottles on hand, as it is not available in gallon or 5 gallon sizes (hopefully these sizes are in the works). I would avoid using the product in the sun or on a hot vehicle as, if it dries on a vehicle, it can cause marring/spotting/etc.

This worked awesome. Really cleaned up the water behavior on my coating after winter. Highly recommend
