The DIY Detail Metal Ceramic Coating allows you to protect your wheels and more with an easy to use coating! With your wheels being so close to the road, the amount of contamination coming in contact with your rims can be extreme. From road grime, dirt, oil, bugs, and brake dust, it is easy to see how your rims get filthy so fast. This contamination is not only ugly, but it can be a real pain to remove. So other than cleaning your wheels every day how can you keep them clean regularly? The DIY Detail Metal Ceramic Coating is your answer for not only protecting, but helping you clean your wheels easier in the future! Once your rim is thoroughly clean, apply DIY Detail Metal Ceramic Coating to the surface, ensuring complete even coverage. Allow to the formula sit (cross link) on the surface for 2-8 mins (the higher the humidity the faster the cross linking). Once 50% of the surface has returned to a clear appearance, level the coating with a short nap microfiber towel and follow with a high nap microfiber towel to finish. This coating will not only work on your rims, but metal trim pieces made from aluminum, bronze, chrome, copper, stainless steel and many other alloys. Product was pretty easy to apply. They did not give me enough stuff for even one vehicle. I had to go skimpy on certain areas and you can see it. Would not recommend this product for only one vehicle. Looks like it's doing a fair job. Where applied correct correctly with Penetrate. Again, there's just not enough for one whole vehicle.
I have applied this to my cybertruck but the result wasn't as I expected. A few days later the coating wasn't acting as designed and was leaving rain marks. I don't think this is the right product for a cybertruck :/
