DIY Detail iron remover has been perfect for decontaminating scratchy paint. Paired with the Perforated Synthetic Decon Towel (clay towel) left the once scratchy paint very smooth. Also used for brake dust on the wheels and it left them free of Brake contamination. I only used about 2 oz for a car that has never been decontaminated. Great ROI. The only con was the odor that comes along with most iron removers. However, the odor of this new formulation is not a strong as the original. This is my choice of iron remover moving forward. Very easy to use and very effective.
Very effective and can be used as clay lubricant
This stuff is fantastic. You know what I love about it..It is not only it's a good iron remover. I use it as I'm claying the vehicle and I use this iron remover as my lubricant.. i've been wanting to do this for years, but none of the iron removers can do something like this, but they engineered this product to do that with lubricants. So if you want to save time and money, this stuff is fantastic. It's off the charts in my books!!
