Oh, I'm in love with this one! I've been experimenting with it all day today… it did a fantastic job as a pre-wash and did a really good job on my tires and wheels…. This is at 15 to 1 it's a citrus base cleaner and the pH level was 10 according to mine tester. Another thing is to feel the liquid you can tell it's quality.. I've had so many pre-washes and decreases in my lifetime. You can tell the difference by feel, reminds me of green star… yep, I'm definitely a continuous buyer on this product!!
