Wasn't too thrilled with the grit guard. At the dimensions of the new guard when filling the bucket to the required amount of water and product there was less than 1/2 inch of available water to use in the washing of the car. I fixed the problem with a pair cutters and lowered the grit guard. More water for the rag. Maybe DI could make the grit guards so you can adjust them for your buckets and required wash product.
Love the Grit Guard and Bucket! I'm sure I will get another Bucket and Grit Guard.
I purchased the grit guard buckets from Detailed Image because i wanted to ensure the grit guards fit perfectly inside the buckets. I was not disappointed.
