DI Brushes Leather and Vinyl Scrub Brush Reviews
Customer Reviews
For the price it's a no brainer, I use for all my leather seats when my customers have leather seats! Getting ready to order 10 more soon, great for lots of different uses.
I bought this brush for the purposes of cleaning the treated leather seats in my car. My seats are in pretty good condition, so I just need something to get that dirt and oil that normal wiping cannot get. This brush is just too stiff. I hoped with horse hair, it would be nice and soft and supple. It is unforgivingly stiff, so much so, I haven't even used it on my leather for fear of imparting deep scratches or removing the coating. Another con is the fact that it has shed a lot in the time I've had it. But the brush isn't all bad. I used it on more durable surfaces and in the carpeting in my car with good results. Light pressure does it with the stiffness.
Overall...not for leather or soft surfaces (in my opinion) but a good and cheap brush for the carpeting and even for the engine bay (just be careful about pressure on soft plastic covers or anything with a metal looking finish).

Bristles are little too stiff. I used it on my steering wheel and it scratched the leather and took some of the dye off. Wouldn't recommend it on leather.
This brush cleaned my leather seats well with the Leatherique products but after I rinsed the brush and it dried the wood block that holds the bristles cracked in three different places along the entire brush. Now the brush is trash because it split right through where the bristles are held. Don't buy this brush unless it is for a one time use.
The bristles are a bit stiff for leather, but is a good brush to clean canvas tops.
Great little brush, good stiffness. This has good stiff bristles so be sure not to use a lot of force at first when trying to clean your leather.
The bristles fall out after the first use.
I've only used it twice - so a bit premature to comment on its longevity - but it is the perfect size and stiffness for cleaning leather seats.
Highly recommend this brush for cleaning your leather or upholstery fabric seats. It's easy to work with no matter the size of your hands. I grab this brush out of my arsenal every time I am cleaning my seats. Can't be this brush not only for its performance but the price!
Poor quality, it just keep shedding
Used this brush with some diluted APC to get a pesky stain off my leather seats on a 2013 Camaro. Was happy with the results. Stain had been there for a while. Great price for such a handy brush. Not sure whether it's something a hardcore detailer would use, but did the trick for me where I hoped it would.
A good little brush for shampooing and cleaning. I had a similar brush, but found that this brush has Tampico-like fiber bristles, while my original has plastic brushes.
I have used this brush for dry-brushing carpets, carpet floor mats, and fabric seats material during vacuuming and found that it does loose its bristles from heavy brushing.
As noted in other reviews, the wood does tend to crack if left in water-and-soap solutions for a long time and then dried.
Despite these two negative characteristics, I still would recommend this brush because of its size and cleaning/scrubbing capabilities on fabric seats and vinyl or textured panels. It cleans coated leather OK, but if you have natural leathers found in high-end vehicles, I would suggest a horse-hair type brush.

This brush is fine for the price, but I upgraded to a different one. I think the bristles on this one are too stiff for regular use on leather and risk scratching. Maybe if your seats are very dirty you need that extra cleaning power at first. And the wood itself isn't sealed or anything, so it dries out--mine has the beginnings of a small crack already.
Great size to get into seams and corners of leather seats. Just the right amount firmness to work leather cleaners and treatments into surface without scratching finish. Best I've used for this purpose.
This is a five dollar that is worth a millions dollars when cleaning interior seat. Small enough to get into tight areas. This little brush will surprise you with it's cleaning power. Works like a champ.
For under 5 dollars this brush is a no brainer. You'll be surprised at how much dirt comes out of your leather seats or couches. Definitely cleans a lot better than just using a microfiber towel and cleaner. After working a dirty area the bristles will end up getting dirty and you'll be spreading the dirt around rather then cleaning it up. Simply rinse out the brush bristles with some hot water and you'll be ready to clean up the next seat/area.
This brush is a great little tool for anyone's arsenal, works great at removing those tough stains in leather vinyl, and plastic. It could also be used as a carpet/ fabric brush, but you would want to keep an extra one for that.
After reading the reviews, I decided to give this brush a try. I completely agree that it works like magic. I used mine with Lexol pH leather cleaner and used a little elbow grease in circular motions. It removed settled in stains and removed dirt that I didn't even know was there. My seats are so much brighter now and look new again! I would highly suggest anyone with leather seats to have this in their arsenal. I just wish I would have gotten it sooner.
Used it with Leatherique Prestine Clean on my BMW grey leather seats. Even though I'd cleaned the seats recently with a different product, the Prestine Clean and brush helped get more dirt out and leave the seats soft and plush! Don't clean your leather seats without this brush!
Brush works great! Use with Leatherique cleaner for best results.
Great product, and definitely worth the price. I was able to remove dirt from my leather seats that you couldn't even tell was there. Left the seat bolsters feeling nice and plush after scrubbing and conditioning. Nicely sized brush, works well, and can be had at an affordable price.
Think your leather seats are clean? This brush will make you think again. My 2010 Santa Fe has the Cocoa Black leather interior which is all black with a dash of dark brown. I chose them over the beige because they wouldn't show the dirt as readily. After 8,000 miles, they were getting a little shiny and worn but otherwise looked good...that was until I got this brush. With a little leather cleaner and light pressure with this brush, it lifted up dirt and blue jeans transfer that simple cleaning wouldn't even touch. It made the seats supple and soft and gave them that factory matte look. It also did wonders for the vinyl wings and door panels. This brush is a miracle-worker and is a steal at the price. I'll never be without one again.
