DI Accessories Plastic Razor Blade Reviews
Customer Reviews
About as sharp as my thumb nail...not very sharp! That said they are a suitable replacement to tearing up my finger nails...BUT...not as convenient !!
For the price, I'd rather use my nail (I didn't realize it only included 1 blade)
You need to allow us to purchase a pack of these no sense into making us purchase singles. Wont be purchasing these unless they have packs.
I love Detailed Image....that's said, these are horrible and I would never buy again. I've been using plastic razor blades since the mid 90s from many different brands. These are flimsy and dull extremely quick.
Nice to have in the bag. Has come in handy on a few occasions, especially on stubborn tar on lower panels.
Awesome tool for any detailer! I've made multiple purchases of a few of these and they come in handy on many tasks. They are very easy to use and most important, safer than standard razor blades. I've used these many of times removing stickers from customer vehicles and other adhesives on other surfaces on the vehicles. After using DI's Plastic Razor Blades, adhesives and stickers were removed with ease and left the glass and other surfaces unharmed! Go ahead and buy yourself a pack of five, you will regret only having one or two!
Very disappointed with these plastic blades. They are useless. When they arrived my first thought was that the %u201Chandle%u201D edge and %u201Ccutting%u201D edge looked so similar that they would be difficult to handle without cutting myself but this turned out not to be the problem. They are so dull that can hardly cut a ripe banana.
Worked great to remove the stick on wheel weight adhesive and shadow stain residue after glue is removed..if you're a perfectionist! buy a couple of these blades along with some goo gone and set ad side a few good hours for labor, the glue on the factory weights can be a real bear to remove
Yes. Use this for adhesive/vinyl or for glass.
Not bad. Had a guy pull a "DUB Edition" badge off of this Jetta (didn't even know what the badge was... looked like there was layers of dried, clouded wax covering the badge face, almost felt like really old, faded masking tape, haha) when checking to see how "secure" it was... So, then to get rid of the residue I just used some GooGone and these razor blades. The GooGone softened up the old, crusty adhesive pretty good, the razor blades did a pretty good job of getting the majority of the adhesive off, and the GooGone and a microfiber towel took care of the rest of the job. We weren't terribly concerned with the paint, but it appears to have done zero damage, so it did exactly what it was supposed to do.
Will probably come in handy again sometime... glad I bought them.

This product is really Great or removing tar, as stated above, and also great for removing hardened Tree Sap without damaging paint!
Super handy tool to have in your arsenal. A must have for when you have those annoying bugs or tar stuck to your car and you don't want to scrub at the paint to get them off. The tip is beveled one direction making it easy to pass over the surface without damaging it.
Great solution for removing decals, stickers, etc. from any surface without scratching. Edge is surprisingly durable and sharp, but you may need a holder. Handy for auto apps. but also at home. Just a nifty gadget to have. Will buy a couple more next time.
Works exactly as you would expect. Worked great taking dealership decals off.
These are perfect for taking off dealership decals, and also stubborn stuff on windows. It's also really good for getting built up wax or other products body gaps/trim pieces.
Great tool to have for various applications. I use it most often for removing dealership decals, stickers on windows, and even for removing stubborn sap and tar. Safe to be used on paint when used properly. I always use with some sort of lubrication such as quick detail spray.
I really like these plastic razor blades. They are great for getting tar off of paint finishes with out harming the painted surface if you use them correctly. You dont have to worry about peeling paint off with these.
