I put a little car wash soap on the end, sprayed the sponge with water and went to town on the front bumper. It melted all the bugs off immediately and worked very well. Def a great purchase.

Fantastic for bugs! I get a small bucket of warm to hot water before a detail and soak it. This helps to soften it up. I spray on some P&S bug off diluted at 10:1 on front bumper, side mirrors, a pillars, and windshield. No pressure on the bug sponge and it removes everything super efficiently. Once it's covered in bugs on both sides, I dunk back into the hot water and continue. Super safe and soft after the hot water. I would recommend this to anyone looking to efficiently and safely remove bugs.

Works really well. I was worried it would scratch paint since it is so rough but if you warm it up with hot water and use soap with it it is fine. Takes bugs and tar off easily.

I have a different sponge for bugs. I use this for cleaning the inside of the front window. Spray a little IPA on, it doesn't full soak it up which I like and does a great job of scrubbing all of the nasty oils off making the cleaning so much easier.

When you look at this thing you think "there's no way it's touching my car...."

Fear not. Throw it in the bucket, let it get a little soft, and it easily takes bugs right off--no scratching at all

I bought 3 recently after my other bug sponge deteriorated after 2 years (plus puppy got to it). For the price and performance, you can't beat it. Safe and effective. I mainly use it on clients front bumpers, headlights and the backs of mirrors. No scratching when used safely.

Works much better than my other sponge-type products. It's stiff and doesn't soak up lots of water, so removes bugs well. Great addition to my detail kit.

I like it. Used it today on my rocker panels to remove some tar. Followed the directions, didn't harm the paint at all.

Used it for the first time yesterday, worked EXTREMELY well. Definitely a go to item! Took very little effort to remove baked on guts after soaking it in my ONR bucket.

What an amazing item, this item has literally cut the time it took to take all the bugs and tar off by literally half and it is easy to use. A MUST have for all detailers whether you're a pro or a beginner.
