I like this combo for cleaning and protecting leather steering wheels. It seemed to do a better job than the other products that I've previously tried.

Purchased to protect the leather surfaces in our new BMW with light colored interior. The product arrived promptly, in nice packaging, and included instructions. The application is very easy with the included applicators. First step is using the foam block with the cleaner which is a breeze on new leather. Follow up with the leather shield using the included cloth and you'll be done in no time. I was able to clean and coat all leather surfaces in 30 minutes. The leather shield creates a low friction surface to protect against wear and dye transfer from colored clothing. The manufacturer claims 3 months of protection. You will have enough product for at least 4 applications in a 4 seater coupe/sedan/small SUV.
