Collinite 100 Beadcoat Ceramic Sealant Reviews

Unfortunately a bit disappointed with this new Collinite ceramic spray. Did a clean and polish of my hood and then one half with this Collinite and the other with Griot's 3in1. Application was OK and no streaking, but very poor slickness after the application - both with a final microfiber rub and with fingers. The Griot's was noticeably smoother (has a carnuba type of waxy smooth). Gloss level was OK but not the best. On the rest of the vehicle is Hard as Shell which is much slicker than this. Initial beading was very good. Also, the durability of the Collinite seems to be below par - after a few washes and a little bug remover it is noticeably losing its beading/sheeting. Won't buy this again.

I have been a Collinite fan for a very long time. #915 was a huge favorite of mine. As my desire to work more quickly evolved the #915 stayed on the shelf. Then #100 comes along. I was so stoked to try it. It really did live up to my needs. We are in the middle of a drought so I'm not sure when I will see how it beads or how long it lasts. My first impression is solid.

Easy application, no issues with streaks, and great optics. Still gauging durability, but so far a winner in my book!
