Product Description
The CarPro Automotive Masking Tape helps you safely and easily protect sensitive areas around your vehicle! While using any polish, glaze, sealant or wax you risk permanently staining the trim if you are not careful. Sometimes you can polish or apply a product carefully enough to avoid these areas, but in general, we always recommend taping them off to be extra careful. Simply put the tape around any trim, emblems, lights, rubber moldings and any other area you want to protect. It has excellent resistance to paint bleed-through and temperature resistance of up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit (short term exposure). This allows you to detail with confidence, without ever having to worry about staining or damaging trim pieces. This tape applies easy and removes extremely easy, leaving no sticky residue behind. Pick up the CarPro Automotive Masking Tape and protect your trim pieces today!Customer Reviews
I have used various sizes of this tape for many years. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, stays on and pulls off easily.
Great price and great tape
I have both CarPro and 3M automotive tape. Like 3M, CarPro is easy to work with. It is easy to wrap and tear. Once down it stays down pretty well and won't move too easily. Lifting away is also very easy and there is no residue left behind.
Comparison to 3M, candidly I can't tell any concrete difference. The main difference is CarPro tends to have thinner tapes and 3M has wider. Both are nice pending the situation. Overall I highly recommend the CarPro tape to anyone doing buffer work looking to protect their various trim pieces.
