Product Description
The Autofiber Saver Disc and Coating Applicators takes the popular saver applicator barrier from the Autofiber Saver Applicators and applies it to a thin applicator for coating applications! We all know when applying coatings that certain applicators can soak up excess product easily, which can not only be expensive, but with coatings that can cause you to apply too thick and leave streaks behind. With the Saver Disc, the hydrophobic layer (between the outer microfiber layer and inner layers) prevents any waste of product. With the round handle and adjustable hand strap, the disposable Coating Applicator Sheets attach with hook and loop backing for easy attachment and removal. Each sheet has the hook and loop backing, but a 70/30 (270 gsm) microfiber front that is soft and safe. You can purchase these in 5" and 6" sizes and the Saver Disc and Coating Applicator Refill 12 pack comes with 12 sheets and the applicator handle. This is great, great material saver and fast applying for your coating.
Shipping was very quick. The disk was a bit stiff as was the finger strap, making it hard to use around some of the surfaces on the vehicle. The pads worked well.
I love the autofiber saver line. The really cheap price got me to buy a couple of these. The saver pieces appear to be like the rest of the line. However, the velcro strap on the disc itself separated from its nylon backing the very first time I tried it. So far, not impressed.
