Would they buy this item again? Yes

There can be 3 lengths. I use the middle length (two sticks) for my sports car. The mitt is good quality and the poles have a nice rubber on them for grip (even when wet). The Mitt is a little tough to put on at first because of the rubber base. A better swivel (a full 180 degree swing) at the base would be nice, but might compromise the durability.
