I just got my 2000 corvette back from the paint shop. I need to wet sand the paint with 1500 grit sand paper what kind of cutting pad is best used?
I have bought your porter cable buffer just need to know which pad to use first?
Thank you Tommy
There is no one universal combination used after it really depends on the specific vehicle and previous treatments. Sometimes you’ll need to follow up with lighter grits and a rotary polishing, other times you can get away with less aggressive options. I would test out various combinations on a small area before doing any large surfaces to ensure you have a good combo going forward.
