Product Review: Gtechniq Large Kit Bag
by Reece @ DIFor our detailing products, we all have various ways to store our products when we are not detailing, but what if we need to head out on a road trip, or need to run out to a mobile detail where we are just providing some touch ups? We can toss things in a bucket, box, but what I have found works the best is a high quality bag. The Gtechniq Large Kit Bag is one I have used personally and I have found works great for storing a few of your most used items.
This large bag measures 30 x 24 x 11cm (approximately 12″ x 9″ x 3″) and I have found that it can fit 5x 250ml and 4x 500ml bottles. That is just an estimate and what you will find in the photos below is the elastic bands are small enough to help hold a few brushes, yet stretch enough to hold a few larger bottles. You can really play around with products and find what combination works best for your needs.
There is also a handy front pocket for microfiber towels, making this bag a great all around carry case.
Here is a shot from the top of the bag. What is nice is the double stitched, double handle top. This makes the bag extremely practical, along with offering that extra bit of durability we all love.
Here are two photos, one with a half zip, the other with a full zip. This bag opens like a book, which makes for easy accessibility to your items. The interior is padded and has a waterproof liner to ensure that your products remain protected during transit or even when sitting on your shelf.
Simply put, this bag has made mobility with products incredibly easy. Tossing it in the back of the truck without having to worry about bottles rolling around has been a nice change when I am just taking a few products with me at one time. Is this the perfect bag for all of your items? Of course not. However, it is a great small option to add to your collection.
