My love for cars started at a very young age. My uncle, Gordon Johncock is a famous racecar driver having won the Indy 500 twice and my grandfather owned and operated an oil change and mechanic shop for several decades. So it really is no surprise I have found such a passion and interest in both motorsports and automotive care.

My journey really began by accident as a college student looking for a way to gather some additional business experience. What began as detailing cars for friends or family members on the weekend for extra cash turned into a decade-long journey that eventually led to the creation of Ethos Car Care.

During my detailing career, I continually looked for products and processes that allowed me to offer a higher quality service to my customers. Being a car enthusiast as well, I know personally how important it is to have products that not only perform great, but that are straightforward and enjoyable to use. In my opinion, much like your vehicle, products have to be as enjoyable as they’re functional. So having tried countless products over my decade-long detailing career has given me a unique perspective on the car care market. A perspective that I believe is a big part of Ethos’s success today.
