CarPro Essence & CarPro Inside – SEMA 2015
by Reece @ DIWe got to see two new products from CarPro today, Essence and Inside, first hand today and they look like great additions to the already popular CarPro line. Essence looks like a great last step to remove any haze and add depth, gloss, and protection to the paint. According to CarPro, Inside does a great job of cleaning your various interior leather, plastic, vinyl, and fabric pieces. It is a nice foaming formula that you will be sure to enjoy. No word yet on if or when we will pick up these products, but the complete descriptions from CarPro’s Facebook page are listed below. What do you guys think of these products!?
CarPro Essence:
CarPro is turning the wheels of innovation once again!! Would anyone know the ETA for essence? Or how long it usually takes the product to hit shelves after sema? Reece put my name on the preorder list 🙂
No ETA yet! The time frame after SEMA for a product to hit the shelves can really vary greatly. Once we find out for sure we will make an announcement and put the product up for pre-order!
Everyone and their brother wants some Essense. This could really be the game changer detailers have been waiting for. If I can get a car coating ready with this one stepper and the coating adheres and love oaks awesome it will be my go to product and force other manufacturers to come up with something similar. Good one CarPro!
While CarPro’s product is surely unique, it is not the first of its kind… Optimum has had a “primer polish” for years that is sold to their professional installers with Opti-Coat Pro. Likewise, Modesta has their P-01A primer polish as well that can be used as a stand alone means of protection, too. This is a big step in the right direction for coating applications, and it is great to see CarPro bringing the option to the masses.
I think the reality has finally set in that that with coatings the “mix and hope” technique (using wash products, polishes, toppers, and prep products from “other” manufactures) is NOT the way to go if you want the best results..IE ..stay within the family.
