This product is incredibly easy to use, as you simply spray the Fabric Guard over the entire area and leave it to dry.

Seems like a great product, but after so many terrible comments about the spray bottle, I decided to get my own instead. For the price of an empty spray bottle, I instead bought a whole bottle of not-to-be-named glass cleaner, which sprayed the whole project perfectly. Plus, I still have a ton of 303 in the cheaper-by-the-ounce refill for later (they say it keeps for at least two years, but I still may need to make some friends to help use it all up). Just need to be sure to properly rinse the sprayer well and get all of the water out before using. I rinsed the sprayer again after the 303 treatment, and it seems ready to go again for all of the leftover product.
As to masking my Jeep for the soft top treatment, I just used old sheets - no need for tape as you can just tuck it in under the top and door edges. Plus, of course I removed the soft top windows for separate treatment with a soaked cloth. No risk of getting it on the clear plastic and ruining the windows that way. In the end, after 24+ hours of curing in this summer's Texas Heat, the water beads up nicely. Only time will tell how long this lasts, but I'm thoroughly happy so far. Just Four Stars though, until they can see fit to provide such a basic thing as a decent spray bottle.

Best product I have used for outdoor fabric. It really sheds water and makes cleaning easy. I even used it on my boat cover and it prevented rain and melting snow from pooling on low spots.
Also used for outdoor patio cushions and my grill cover. I have recommended this to a lot of other friends because it has worked so well.

This product provides excellent protection and makes cleaning a breeze. I will add that if you plan on using this on interior carpets, it takes some time for the odor to go away.
Good stuff for use on interior and exterior, along with a tonneau cover.

Makes cleaning carpets and fabrics easier, easy to use, long-lasting effect. Will buy again.
The product gives excellent protection. It lasts longer than scotchguard. The chemical smell during application is gone after a day or two.
I'll start by saying this stuff does work, however, it left my interior smelling like straight chemical for a week. Very strong, made it unpleasant to drive. Also any overspray getting on the center console or door panels is super greasy and needs to be wiped, however that removes any protectant already applied, so that needs to be redone as well. And the nozzle was broken, which isn't really a huge issue, just one more frustration.
Does what it claims at a reasonable price. That's all I ask for.
Use this on my interior floor mats. Seems to be doing it's job. I don't eat or drink food in my car but the carpets stay cleaner longer. Good product.
Made my convertible top look like new and water beads up and runs off. Great product! Follow the directions and cover the painted areas near the fabric to be treated.
Good stuff. Recommended by manufacture to use on my boat. Great price, fast delivery. Happy!
Raggtop was my go to product, until I used 303 Fabric Guard. This stuff is as good or better. Also better price than Raggtop.
I have used this 303 Fabric Guard for several years, initially because it was recommended by Sunbrella fabrics. It is far superior to any other product I have tried. It does a tremendous job of rain proofing my umbrella.
Pros: Excellent product to help outside sun and rain elements, which slows down the decomposition of fabrics. I used this item on an outside nest swing and the water just beads up and rolls off. Follow directions that are provided with this product and allow to dry, as stated.
Cons: I can't think of any... This is a great product at a fantastic price, compared to other fabric protectors.

303 Product for Fabric is another excellent product. Really you can not go wrong with any 303 product they all work great!
Follow directions and liquids repel and bread up on the fabric. Excellent results on carpets and seats!

I used it to spray on out door chair cushions and it worked great until it rained and the cushions were soaked through. They dried pretty fast and still repelled water. Was easy to spray on.It did four cushions. All in all it's a good product.
This product left my seven year old fabric roof looking bright. It also made water bead on it like brand new.
After 13 years, my garage-kept 2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible top needed help. Applied 303 with a bristle brush and the top soaked it up like a sponge. Required a second application to achieve full protection and it might require a third application as I notice some sections fail to bead after sustained wetting. However, 303 works MUCH better than another spray-on-only product I tried. I suspect with yearly reapplication, I will have no problem.
Using a brush is much better than spraying, as you can control where the product goes. Be sure to use in a well-ventilated area; the fumes can cause dizziness. Also, since this is a petroleum-based product, it evaporates quickly. Only pour out a small amount at a time into a plastic container for application and refill as needed. Surprisingly, brush cleans up with water and can be re-used with no problem. Highly recommended!

Have used this on my vert top for the last 3 years. I treat once per year in the Spring. The following Spring, the top still beads water. I am tempted to see if it will last for two years, but it's really not that difficult to apply. My top looks like new. Rather than spray the product on, I "paint" it on using a cheap foam painting brush from any hardware store. Then I don't get overspray everywhere, don't have to tape anything up, etc. I have not compared it to any other product, but I see no reason to switch.
After using this product, my BMW top now beads up after a rain storm. I feel confident that it will protect the fabric during our winter months. Make sure you cover your windows and car body were you are applying this product. It won't damage anything, but it's a pain to clean up.
We have been using 303 Fabric Guard, weekly for well over five years on our clients cars. The trigger spray head atomizes the mist just enough to direct your shot and reduce fly-away product like other brands. We spray half of the top, wipe off "misses" with IPA/H20 and then do the other half and clean up the entire perimeter once again. It cures very quickly in direct sun and can be accelerated indoors with a heat gun/lamp. Two coats is very durable and we maintain every 2-3 months.
Excellent product, works like a charm. Have no leaks on my convertible top. This is like magic.
Love the product, it lasts a good while and is a great upsell for my customers. Just be careful to cleanup over-spray or just hold up a towel when you get to spraying edges or you will get it dried on the plastic and it takes APC to get it off.
Bought this product and was very disappointed at the smell it leaves behind, the best way to describe it is to say it has a very strong paint thinner smell I treated the carpet in my Infiniti two weeks ago and when I first open my car door the smell still lingers.
Amazing product! Used it on a few newer cars and it made the carpets, especially the mats look showroom new. I used it on an 06 Ram (grey interior) and it really brought out the color in the carpets. A must have.
Purchased this alone with the fabric cleaner for my 2011 Porsche CTT that is optioned with Cream/Umber two tone interior. The cream is the leather and carpets!
With that said I use the cleaner which works wonderfully then follow with the protectant after it dries. Although I haven't noticed it repelling water, because I never get the inside wet, It does help repel dirt. Makes for cleaning easier.

I purchased this along with the 303 Fabric Cleaner. I applied the Fabric Guard after cleaning the carpet on my M3. The car is a 2002 with dark gray carpet which is in good condition. The first thing I should point out is that the spray nozzle has an incredibly fine mist upon application. This lets the product evenly disperse. I rubbed the product in with a soft bristle brush, and the results? The color is absolutely richer and darker! It just looks new and causes all the other colors in the interior to 'pop' more than they did. Overall I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for protection and if you want to bring back that brand new deep color look to your interior. Another win for 303.

I have a 97 BMW 328 vert and saw a need for a good fabric protectant/water repellent when I purchased it and bought the Fabric Guard. My last Application was in Nov 2009 and even after 6 months of Rain in Seattle (yes we do get some rain here) the water still is beading up and slides off the fabric. I highly recommend the Fabric Guard and use the Aerospace 303 on the dash and tonneau cover and even leather now. /.. Additional note I can take a towel and wipe off the rain or water after washing and the top is completely dry.
Amazing results. The water streams off beautifully from my mom's convertible top. I applied three light coats but then again nothing has been done to the top for 10 years. It leaves a slightly shiny coat and the black looks richer/newer.

This stuff is outstanding. I just used it on my inlaws new honda ody, becuase the dealer wanted 300 for their fabric guard. I applyied it for 25$ for 32oz. The suff is a good way to upsell services to your clients. The 303 will have to be reapplied, but who cares I can do it 10xs over for the same cost as the dealers one time.
